KEY EXPERIENCE:
Graham is qualified in property / construction, business management and law. He is also a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Chartered Project Management Surveyor. Graham has substantial experience of working with a number of RSLs and local authorities at a senior level in providing and managing responsive, reinvestment and construction project management services. He has also gained considerable experience and particular expertise in the development and implementation of procurement, strategic policy development, DSO establishment / reviews and general asset management consultancy. Graham is a regular speaker at National conferences.
Graham’s work in the RSL sector is complimented by work in the private sector for a contractor and for a surveying / project management practice. Graham has undertaken substantial research projects on the topics of regeneration, organisational change management and repairs and maintenance delivery in RSL's. He holds a Doctorate in the Built Environment.
