KEY EXPERIENCE:
Graham is qualified in property / construction, business management and law. He is also a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Chartered Project Management Surveyor. Graham has substantial experience of working with a number of RSLs and local authorities at a senior level in providing and managing responsive, reinvestment and construction project management services. He has also gained considerable experience and particular expertise in the development and implementation of Partnering / procurement, strategic policy development, DSO establishment / reviews and general asset management consultancy.
Graham’s work in the RSL sector is complimented by work in the private sector for a contractor and for a surveying / project management practice. Graham has undertaken substantial research projects on the topics of regeneration, organisational change management and Partnering in RSLs. He is currently studying for a Doctorate in Business Strategy.
